I cannot speak to longevity as we only got the dishwasher a week ago. But it is a great performer. I have generally bought midlevel Whirlpool units in the past, and this was a similar cost to another of them... but it's much quieter, cleans better, dries MUCH better, and has the very useful 3rd rack! We are very pleased so far.

I took a chance with this dishwasher without looking at it in the store , since my nearby Best Buy didn’t have it on display. I Had my dishwasher for almost 2 weeks now and no complaints. It’s very quiet to the point that I forget that the dishwasher is running.The dishwasher looks and feels like if it’s from a high end brand. Also, it is very easy to use. Very satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for something simple and it satisfied my needs.

So far so good pretty quiet dishwasher. I like the fact it has 3 separate racks. Top Tier for utensils. Metal straws, Tupperware tops etc...

Had been without a dishwasher since May 2023 and doing dishes by hand since then finally got to be a waste of time! So when I was in the store leaving my laptop to be be scanned for malware on NovemberI 8 I went looking around the store to see what I could find in the appliances section for a-dishwasher. As I looked, a salesman intercepted me and, as I knew Best Buy had its own brand, I asked about it. Within half an hour I’d bought an Insignia model, scheduled an installer, and a date for the installation!next day Perfect.. as I knew it would be because I always think about and consider Best Buy first for all technical products I need! The very next day I got a call from the installer with a date of installation the very next Monday, the 11th. Bright and early that Monday two guys from JATTZ,LLC showed up, uninstalled and carried off my old dishwasher and installed the new Insignia. When they turned it on to demonstrate there was no power. We checked the power box, punched the button, found the power on, but not getting to the dishwasher. Without wasting a minute they pulled out the new machine an one of the guys looked at the electric connection, unwound some tape on the connection already in place from previous machine and found the negative wire was disconnected — no doubt that was why the previous machine stopped working! But no matter. The new dishwasher ran just fine! Since then, given it’s — plenty of space in it’s 3 shelves; 2 large deep shelves for various slots for various sized dishes,bowls, pots and whatever and a top flat drawer for silverware — enough for the post-Thanksgiving clean up from 30 guests. I have had fun experimenting with various ways to fill the great spaces since then use the several ways to best wash the different sized loads. Each time I have been more than pleased with the results, it is easy to set up and load, all items are clean and dry… and while is use is very quiet doing it’s work. Am very happy with my Best Buy Insignia.

Normally when I review things I look for negative features. I can’t find anything I don’t like about this dishwasher. Its design and features are similar to a KitchenAid dishwasher that sells for 2 to 3 times the price. I’ve had six dishwashers in my life and this is the first one I’m completely satisfied with. And it’s so quiet you don’t even know it’s running .

Dishwasher was on sale....bought it and put in p/u truck took it home, Next simply pulled out the old dishwasher, unplugged the elecrical wiring, pulled out the old unit which is surprising light. Next hooked up the 2 electrical wires to where I took the old units, then slipped in the bedable drin line and pushed the whole unit in and secured with s sreww on each front side. Turned the water backon under the sink and the whole job was done in about 15 minutes, Unit fired right uo. We ran 2 empty loads to remove any plastic or metal shavings and it has run quite and smooth sine! Does a great job oneverything and anything!

On the advice of a sales associate, we purchased this Insignia dishwasher. It was just what we were looking for and the price was great! We love the top tray for utensils, the stainless steel interior, and the extra pot scrubber setting. It's very quiet and the dishes come out clean, even when not thoroughly rinsed.

Very quiet washer with normal, heavy, delicate, and express cycles and options to turn off heated dry, or sanitize. The top third tray is nice for smaller items you don’t want to worry about falling to the bottom. There are several ways to customize the racks inside for arranging all of your dishes. Great price for a quality product. I’m pleased.

I love how clean and dry my dishes come out. It’s also very quiet when it’s on as well

This is an awesome dishwasher. Consumer Reports rated it well, so we have given it a shot. It's been almost 5 months and it works great. I am impressed with the drying capability. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because of the limited access to the housing. If there's an issue with the pump, etc there is virtually no access. Installation is interesting as well because there are two "channels" for the drain hose and electrical, which made it somewhat difficult to thread from back to front. Overall, this is a great dishwasher and I recommend it.

This unit is very easy to use and does a fantastic job of cleaning my dishware. I used the 3rd tray to clean my silicone baking sheet protectors and they came out spotless, even the burned spots. When it says it is finished everything is completely dry.

It’s beautiful. Shine and sleek makes my kitchen look new again. It’s so quiet, sometimes I want to check to see if it’s washing. But it is so don’t open it. Very large and roomy, tempting to add one more day of dirty dishes. Totally cleans dishes.

excellent dishwasher installed myself in about an hour It is so quiet you don't even hear it on very impressive plenty of room inside It looks great can't go wrong with this product or any of the insignia I got the side-by-side fridge also and the convection oven what a high quality packageyou will love the third rack although it takes a little getting used to putting silverware on the top and this thing looks awesome Thanks Best buy

This dishwasher i better than I thought it would be. It is quiet and gets the dishes clean. The third rack option work well for silverware as it holds them apart for better cleaning. It this price point, I thought it would have to compromise some quality, but no.

Great dishwasher! Was installed super quick and the two guys who came to install were great. The dishwasher is quiet and cleans the dishes well. I love the secret third shelf drawer.

I purchased a similar (or what i thought) Insignia dishwasher at my last house, and have been enjoying it for over 7 years. When I moved, I needed to replace the dishwasher and immediately searched for what Insignia had to offer. Disappointingly, the top end dishwasher that Insignia is offering now, has less features for more money than my previous model. It's also significantly louder. The top controls are clunky with timeout lockout features to prevent you from starting a cycle if you don't shut the door within a few seconds and the unit requires you to turn it on by holding the power button for 3 seconds. All unnecessary complications on your quest for clean dishes. The features that this unit is missing, and the one I have grown to love and miss very much, is a lighted interior. It also doesn't have the air ventilation pump like my old one so the dishwasher has a weird smell when it completes a cycle. This also contributes to plastics that are still wet long after the dry cycle completes (Tupperware lids). Speaking of cycles, its missing a few. There is no "Rinse Only" option to just rinse off some smelly food. There is no steam wash, and the minimum cycle runtime is 90 minutes, 4.5x the "Rinse Only" on my previous unit. Finally, it's missing the vortex wash jet in the back corner that was invaluable for deep cleaning really dirty dishes like blenders, pots, and pans. As far as the noise goes, I can hear it running in my upstairs bedroom with the door open and the kitchen at the bottom of the stairs. The old unit was nearly silent, with only the occasional noise from water lapping against the door. I can hear the pump running on this one for the duration of its cycle. I don't think this is a bad dishwasher by any means, and it rises above the competition at this price point. I think that's why I'm disappointed. The previous unit was an absolute steal, and a bargain for this price. It had way more features than the name brands around the $500 mark. This one has a 3rd rack, and that's about it.

This Dishwasher is great, not only the cleaning part it even looks great in the kitchen with it stainless steel look inside and out. The best feature and for my needs is the 3rd Rack for your Silverware it also comes with the Silverware Basket what I removed for more space for plates. The Washer have a lot of programs to choose from and it gets the job done very quiet and in no time. For the Price you are really getting a great and good looking Dishwasher. The Installation and hook up was very easy going acording to the Installer. Great Job Best Buy for your outstanding Customer Service in Tennessee and for selling great Products for reasonable Prices.
