Let sit for 48 hrs prior to removing the box and packing. Noticed a small ding on left front. Followed startup instructions. And when ready loaded 1/2 way. It ran overnight and woke up to the smell of Freon. Because of coronavirus cannot get resolution until 04/04/2020 when the store is supposed to re-open. Even though Geek Squad extra warranty was purchased and terms stated they would dispatch service, found out because of the size I have to take it to the store. Freezer does work though.
