I bought this in Oct 2021 and paid for it to be delivered. I'm an emptynester and single. Good size for extra food. It stopped working March 2022! 5 MONTHS! Since I didn't buy the extra warranty from Best buy (it was half the cost as the freezer) they referred me to Insignia. Because of the size and how close I am to Best buy I have to bring it back to the store to either exchange or fix. The point of having it delivered was because of the size and weight and fitting it in my vehicle. I figured if it lasted 3-5 yrs it would be worth it but 5 MONTHS! waste of money!!! I think I'll deal and purchase something different elsewhere!!!

Not happy with this purchase at all! After 2 1/2 months of purchasing, this freezer stopped working. All my frozen food was destroyed. I'm taking this freezer back to the warehouse where I purchased it from. Hopefully, they'll refund my money. Don't think that I will be buying an Insignia product again. Good luck with this freezer if you decide to buy it.

The size of refridgerator was perfect, the inside had plenty of room too. However, after a few days, the compressor stopped working and would not stay cool at all. I would not recommend this one for the price it cost.

The product itself works great so far however the freezer had a small dent on one of the bottom corners causing it to wobble on its Legs. Not sure if it’s Best Buy’s fault or the manufacturer.

Owned this for almost exactly two years when it stopped working and I lost everything in it. Cost to fix is double the unit itself. Frustrating and a massive waste of money and food.

Brought freezer home and plugged in. Freezer makes an annoying high pitched whistle when compressor on.
Will have to see about warranty repair or exchange. Disappointing!

The freezer had a deep scratch on the vent side when I took it out of the box.
There is no way to adjust the freezer to level it.
Getting ahold of customer service was frustrating.

Four months later and it quit working. It is covered under the manufacturer warranty but they don't do house calls for this product. I had paid Best Buy for the original delivery because I couldn't move it myself but they refused to help unless I could bring it in store. Don't buy this product, especially through Best Buy.

I only had my freezer for 10 months before it gone bad!
