I purchased this unit in August of 2020, well it is currently May 1, 2022, the blue light is on meaning there is power and there is water in the bottom and it is hot. I made sure to adjust the temperature to Max a few days ago and nothing. Didn't even last 2 years, buyer beware!

WHEN I PURCHASED THIS ITEM ONLINE I PURCHASED A BLACK DEEP FREEZER AND WHEN I GOT HOME TO SET IT UP, PULLED IT OUT OF THE BOX AND IT WAS A WHITE DEEP FREEZER. I DIDN'T COMPLAIN BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO CURSE NO ONE OUT. SO MABEY NEXT TIME SOMEONE ELSE PURCHASES ANYTHING ONLINE MAKE SURE THE PERSON THAT'S PREPARING THE SHIPMENT READS THE ORDER SLIP CORRECTLY.

Purchased 2.21.22 product barely keeping food cold 11.24.22. BUYER BEWARE!
There is a 1 year warranty with the product. The protocols per warranty- YOU will need to return the product to the store for inspection. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased it during the Thanksgiving deal with the option of free delivery. It was working perfectly for the first five months and then suddenly stopped working. The Best Buy team helped me with the replacement of the same brand.

Had this freezer for 3 months, and that's all it lasted. Just opened freezer to a horrible smell and all the food inside spoiled due to it not being cold at all. Power light still on, freezer at mid setting, yet it's completely room temperature.

I can not say how well or it the deep freezer worked.
When I got home and got it out of the box, it was damaged. It was dented in at several spots 1 being severally dented near the control dial. I took it back. Was given a refund.
