I made sure to adjust the temperature to Max a few days ago and nothing. Didn't even last 2 years, buyer beware!

I DIDN'T COMPLAIN BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO CURSE NO ONE OUT. SO MABEY NEXT TIME SOMEONE ELSE PURCHASES ANYTHING ONLINE MAKE SURE THE PERSON THAT'S PREPARING THE SHIPMENT READS THE ORDER SLIP CORRECTLY. THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY.

BUYER BEWARE! There is a 1 year warranty with the product. The protocols per warranty- YOU will need to return the product to the store for inspection. BUYER BEWARE!

It was working perfectly for the first five months and then suddenly stopped working. The Best Buy team helped me with the replacement of the same brand.

Just opened freezer to a horrible smell and all the food inside spoiled due to it not being cold at all. Power light still on, freezer at mid setting, yet it's completely room temperature.

When I got home and got it out of the box, it was damaged. It was dented in at several spots 1 being severally dented near the control dial. I took it back. Was given a refund.
