    Didn’t last a year was disappointed in the product took it back didn’t get nothing for all the food I lost and just got credit for the freezer

    They threw the freezer in the truck Threw it .

    The young man threw the freezer In the back of my truck and when I told him the freezer cant be laying down the way it was he said yes it can and walked away. Upon opening the package the side of the freezer was all damaged. Clovis and Willow location.

    Ruined months of breastmilk my wife worked hard saving for our baby. Opened it one day and everything had thawed. Will have to throw it all away now.

    The freezer would not work at all, no cooling/freezing. Ended up returning the unit to the store for a refund. I then purchased a similar unit from another retailer, which does work nicely.

    Failed in 6 months, Plugged it in, worked fine for a few months, then it stopped cooling, and had to throw out all the food in it. Very disappointed.

    Stopped working after 2 months. Best Buy did give me a gift card for the total value because I did not want to wait to have it repaired.

    Ruined $1000+ of meat

    Had this for less than six months before it stopped working and ruined SO MUCH meat. Very unhappy. We tried moving it, it seemed to work for a day or two and then stopped again. Thank goodness we were smart enough to not put anything else in it.

    Path is not taking you can help me keep some food frozen but I have to let her choose mom wanted to return it but I guess after two weeks you can return that anymore so I kind of sucks so be careful out there

    Damaged when unboxed

    I unboxed this unit to put in my home and there were dents all on the front side of it. Very frustrating. I have still yet to turn it on so not sure how well it functions yet.

    received item with dent and a small hole inside with the magnet. after 2-3 weeks started to accumulate ice on top of the freezer.

    Powers out from time to time. Came home and noticed it wasn’t powered on, but was still plugged in. This happened twice.

    Compressor doesn't work. 14 months old. Insignia won't help with any warranty. Don't buy from insignia or bestbuy.
