    Disappointed with Freezer

    I got the freezer on 6/12/2021. My husband noticed the ice cream bars were soft this past weekend. The freezer has stopped getting cold. It worked for a little over 2 weeks and not cannot freeze. I have tried changing to a different outlet. Verified the temperature setting. This is extremely disappointing. I only lost a few items but this is ridiculous. I have contacted Insignia product support. I hope to hear back soon.

    Only lasted 13 mo.

    Sadly the freezer just lasted 13 months, and the warranty covers up to 12. It just stayed at the garage and failed February during cold season. The motor continue to make noise which seemed to be working.

    worked ONLY 2 years than just stopped cooling below 45F, can freeze like that.

    Don't buy this freezer unless you want to replace it in 3½ years. That's how long mine lasted.

    My son bought this for me from best buy in Little rock at chenal parkway it only freezes halfway.I don't like it had it for 2 months now we don't have the reciept but he got it on sale for $124 but i am in the process of getting one from Walmart
