I purchased this washing machine because it was affordable after my 3 year old GE front load washing machine broke beyond repair. I spent 1100 at the time for the GE thinking i would be good for a while, but that was not the case. I decided to go back to the old school top load washer, and boy am I happy! My wife is also happy with the purchase so thats an added bonus. Dont overfill this washer with 50 pounds of clothes and youll have no issues.

This wash machine is a piece of junk three weeks after purchasing it it started having problems with the spin cycle. Two different techs come out and I was told to different things, the last tech let me know that the spin thing in the washer is basically broken, by this time it was two weeks past my time to add a extended warranty. So after the manufacturer warranty to is up in about 9 months,I will have to basically purchase a new wash machine. The price is affordable and it looks nice that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. I will never purchase anything from best buy again, and I wouldn't recommend y'all to purchase this one keep looking. And my experience with there customer service person she was rude and refused to put her supervisor on the phone.

It's the perfect washing machine It handles heavy loads and does an excellent job. I'm enjoying my new Insignia washing machine very much! The price was fantastic, I could barely believe i8t.

Literally the best quality ever , I had no issues with it and it was easy hook up ! I still have until this day . Recommend, especially if you have a small apartment with washer n dryer hook up !

I was looking for an affordable, easy to use machine with not a bunch of frills, bells & whistles ... I met my match & love it! Very easy to use. Unit comes with instructions but I did not need to read for immediate eco washing. I am 5'2" and basket is deep but I can still manage. I would love to buy the matching dryer but the one we currently use is only 20 years old. LOL Highly recommend this machine. I am also finding we are liking this brand as well.

We've never purchased the Insignia before, but so far, we're happy with this product. The clothes are spun dry and they are clean. It's efficient and very quiet as well.

Its a nice washer cleans good has sensor wash or you can set to your preference

Great little washer. My old one went out. I'm to old and spoiled to go to a laundry and too cheap to have it done. $ were a little tight so I bought this to tide me over until I could afford a 'better' one. Thing is great! Works well, fairly quiet, and I have zero complaints or regrets. Actually, I think it's made by LG. The daughter has an LG washer, the controls are identical. I'm very pleased.

Inexpensive but efficient and not too noisy. Gets the job done without a hitch.

This is junk. I’m constantly upset with this washer and already had it replaced once under warranty because it kept repeating the rinse cycle over and over after restarting because the load ended up off balance somehow. The compartment to put the detergent in just runs right out directly on the clothes before shutting it and you can’t add the detergent while the water is running because of the locking mechanism so you’re forced to load clothes first or you can add detergent to empty washer then fill it up and then try to catch it before the wash starts to load your clothes in a full tub of water which I haven’t tried since it doesn’t sound like a better idea. Also, the fabric softener compartment just runs straight through as well rather than releasing at the right time during the rinse cycle as the instruction manual indicates it will do. Pretty much every cycle except for quick wash takes over an hour and quick cycle is limited to medium or smaller loads. The lid is plastic and feels so cheap I’m afraid to let my husband or kids even use this machine for fear they will break the lid and locking mechanism and I’m sure the machine won’t work then! Last complaint is for all the short people out there, I’m 5’2” and can barely reach the bottom when getting clothes out and if I put any of my weight on the edge while reaching in, I hear a popping sound like plastic cracking and I only weigh 130 lbs. I guess the only positive thing I can say is the clothes come out clean so it gets the job done, but not without tons of frustration. This will probably be the first time I end up buying a new washer without letting the current one die first:( Guess I can’t expect much buying the cheapest option, but the last washer I bought was the cheapest option and it lasted 16 years. RIP Whirlpool.

Great washer, easy to use, and gets the job done. Took a star away because although perfectly functional, the lid feels flimsy and made of plastic.

I've ordered the same combo package in 2024 and getting another one for 2025 (To be used in a different place). This is the most cost-effective combo available in the market. After using it for a year, they have been simply the best!!

Great washer/ great price. The only challenge has been getting technicians, not delivery people. Leveled beautifully, now I need to find someone to remove the top drum piece ( tower) to find a credit card that came out of a pocket, it is now under the center piece in the drum of the washer. Installation did tip it; drain NOT blocked, credit card not on the floor. Whew.

Small footprint but takes a fullsize load. Very quite easy to understand controls.

This machine is just the perfect size, it's quite just what I need just for me, great for the price
