Our icemaker in the frig started leaking and repair cost was a non-starter so we bought this portable one. It takes most of the day to make enough ice to fill the bin in the freezer. Another reviewer suggested putting the ice in a gallon zip-lock bag in the freezer first since the ice comes out pretty wet. Take the bag out after freezing and bang it on the counter to break up the ice and dump it in the ice bin in the freezer. Works great!

Great supplement for parties or just when you need a little extra ice. I love that it just recycles the water right back into the fill tank when it melts if you don't use it. It spits out a full basket of ice in under 45 minutes on the largest setting, I'm pretty happy with it.

I guess it's hard to get a really good countertop ice maker. This one works, but not like the description says. If I let it run the better part of a day I can get two gallon-size baggies of ice. NOWHERE near 33 lbs. The cubes are small, but they are, indeed, good little cubes of ice. For such a small amount of ice I wish I had purchased the smaller one and not used up so much of my countertop.

If you buy this, get the warranty. I’m on my third one. First one failed shortly after purchase. Second one was DOA out of the box. Third one seems ok so far. Best Buy has been excellent on return and exchange. Once it gets rolling, it makes ice pretty quickly. The first few batches after start are a little slow and soft.

We love it. Very easy to use. Quality made at such a great price. It’s compact and easy to bring on our winter vacation. We always have clean ice. It’s also an additional source of ice when you have a group of people over. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The ice maker on our fridge went out and instead of spending $800+ to fix it, we bought this. Only had it for 2 months so far and have had no issues. It works great and it very convenient. I’ve cubes a bit bigger than I expected, but that’s just me.

This is a great machine, I used to have a smaller one that made far less ice and didn’t have three cube sizes like this. Would recommend, makes great ice for drinks and able to fill up a grocery bag within a few hours to put in deep freezer for later use.

Makes ice quickly and efficiently. Be aware that it does not have a cooling chamber so ice needs to be removed quickly.

I’ve owned many of these although it was the 26# ice maker I loved it. I decided to purchase the 33# maker and I don’t regret it. The cubes are larger and worth the purchase. I recommend this 33# maker to any family that is thinking about a purchase like this. It definitely worth it.

This is a powerful little machine! I bought this for the patio where our little refrigerator doesn't have an ice dispenser. I'm glad that I can finally get rid of those pesky ice cube trays! The design is attractive and unobtrusive. It will fit into any room.

I am pretty impressed with this ice maker. It makes ice fairly quick, it's not too loud, and I like the option to change the size of your ice cubes. You definitely need to run several cycles through the machine to get the "plastic taste" out of the cubes. But after cleaning everything real well and several cycles, the ice tastes great!! Would definitley recommend!

We don’t leave it on 24/7 because it will never stop making ice. The ice it makes melts and then it makes more ice out of the melted ice. It’s loud and annoying. However, it only takes about ten minutes for a half cup of ice so we just turn it on before we want some.

I purchased this for keeping our ice supply up when camping. It was good for what I bought it for. Love the ice cubes also.

This little guy makes ice really quick. I timed it and a new batch rolls out in about 8 and half minutes which is great because I have a family that loves to eat ice. Great purchase. Only con, I which the ice trey was bigger, but it is a portable solution.

Friends/ family come to our home, anytime/ all the time. It’s good to have a portable ice maker to always keep our adult drinks cold. Also good to fill our family of 7 flask with cold “ice” water.
