Needed additional ports for older peripherals after purchasing a new laptop with a limited number (although powerful) ports. Works flawlessly.

Cables are long enough to work with desktop. Most others have short cables to work best with laptop. Plenty of power to drive 3tb EHD’s. Made well. This is the one to replace my old powered SIIG USB Hub. Still 3.0 not 3.1

this small usb hub has been a great upgrade to my desk area. be warned it does require its own power source but its very fast and ive yet to have any issues with it

Device works as intended. I use my setup for audio engineering (I’m not a professional). That said, I haven’t noticed any issues with latency, or overheating, or issues at all. Blue light means power and power it gives. I plug a MIDI, audio interface, keyboard, and mouse.

Perfect. Have more items to plug in than the All-In-One HP USBs. This is small so takes little space and accommodates the mouse, keyboard, printer, ext drive and burner.

This Insignia 4-port USB hub does exactly what I needed adds extra USB 3.0 ports without any setup hassle. Plug-and-play, fast data transfer, and all ports work well with my external drives, mouse, and flash drives. Super convenient if your laptop’s limited on ports. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the cable is a bit short, which limits placement. Also, it’s not externally powered, so it might struggle if you plug in multiple high-power devices. But overall, it’s compact, works great, and definitely worth it.

I bought this for my flight sim. I wanted to make sure I had enough ports. This did the trick. Works no muss no fuss. Love it! And the price is more than fair.
