I purchased this one open box for a great price. When I got home I realized that it had been dropped. I took it back into the store and it was an extremely easy swap process. They pulled another TV of the same model and took care of me very quickly. TV has a great picture. Enough inputs/outputs to do what I need it to do. For the money you can't beat it.

I was not intending to select this particular television when I went to the store. I had an idea of what I would purchase a head of time, but when I saw this and compared to what I was going to get, it compared very favorably - actually identically, and I have been very happy with it and so has my family. It is a great picture.

I bought an open box item that was missing a screw to attach the base to the TV when it arrived. After going to the hardware store and buying the missing screw, I assembled and set up the TV. It works perfectly. I use it mostly for video games but I also watch a fair amount of football and Netflix. It performs beautifully and the picture is great!

Good quality, great price, easy set up to Fire stick

I bought this TV during the Black Friday sale for the kids and couldn't be happier. The TV has enough HDMI ports for their game systems and digital box. The picture is clear and crisp, plus the sound is decent enough for game play and movies. There are no real bells and whistles, but for the price it is a great television.

Insignia has come a long way. Bought as a return GREAT PRICE!!!. One thing I don't like is changing channels on antenna you have to use all #'s, ex: 13.1 instead of just 13. Minor irritation. Great picture, sound and easy navigation. Well worth buying.

We got this on Black Friday and it wasn't as advertised. I liked that it was a brand we were familiar with and it had great reviews. The picture quality is pretty good; there are times that is it gets a bit blurry and its not a great as our samsung, but it was definitely worth the purchase. It is our bedroom TV and we're very happy with it.

This is an inexpensive 40 inch TV. It works well for my needs. It is not smart and that is okay, since I intend to use a Roku 4 with it. Funny the TV streamer is only 30 less than I got this TV for. Anyways great picture quality with really good blacks for the money. Basically, I like this TV and I rate it as excellent!

My old LCD died and I upgraded to this. Great picture quality! Awesome for HDTV shows and picture is great for PC browsing or playing video games. 40' yes!! While there were other TVS at my bestbuy location that were better in my opinion (only 2 smart tv same size $100-300 more), the price to size ratio made more sense :)
