Super easy to set up.very pleased with the picture.

I was hesitant about buying a TV, because I knew that we could not afford most TVs that appeared to be rated highly. However we are so pleased with the Insignia - 40 Class (40 Diag.) - LED - 1080p - HDTV. The picture is clear, the color is great, audio is clear as well.

Bought this TV for my small apartment: Big enough that I can see everything in detail and read, but small enough not to overtake all my space. Works very well with my Playstation 4. Great for someone who doesn't care about all these fancy features.

This was purchased for our son's room. I did a little research before purchasing but decided to walk nto nearby store to see the stock and decide from there. TV was $279 for a 40" set and the display picture looked fine. Was going to buy a smart tv but his xbox gives him Netflix so no need to spend the extra money. Very happy with unit.

Got a the amazing Black Friday price a week early from the comfort of home and could not be more satisfied. Arrived quickly and in one piece. Mounted easily and has a great picture and sound quality. A little nervous about the sound after hearing others say they needed a sound bar, but it gets plent loud for us.

So far we are happy with this TV for my younger kids and rooms we don't want a high tech TV in. While one child plays video games he's not experiencing huge problems with latency. For the price I couldn't beat getting them for my bedrooms and offices.

1080p display good color black contrast good beginner TV

I bought this TV because it was recommended by a Best Buy employee. I was returning a Westinghouse TV because the stand broke. Compared to the Westinghouse, the Insignia is better in sound quality and workmanship. The Insignia base is still standing strong and the sound is much louder than the Westinghouse.

This tv is a great tv for the kids game room. The picture quality is fine and the sound quality is very good. We have not had any problems with this device. There are plenty of hook ups to allow for any game consoles or movie players to be attached to the tv.

I don't know who manufactures this television, but i must say the picture quality is a steal compared to many higher brand televisions. Definitely recommend if adding in a guest room or a bedroom.

I got a Samsung for gaming it lag so bad return it and got this 40" insignia NO LAG when playing ps4 the picture quality it's crystal clear love it to anyone looking for a tv for gaming or movies this is it trust me I'm very happy with it

I bought this for master bedroom, it was definitely a great value for a 1080p HDTV. I am pleased with the picture quality, sufficient amount of ports (HDMI, USB) and feel that I saved easily over a $100 versus a comparable name brand unit.
