Bought two of these TVs for my spare bedrooms. Quality is what you pay for which is not too bad but I'm use to my 4K tv already. Also when I bought the TVs they were super on sale so I thought it was a great deal.

I was looking for a TV with a better aspect ratio than my last one, and I found it with this. Great picture, I love the minimal frame around the screen, and I got the black friday door buster price.

Until now, I only had a 32" in my room, but Black Friday allowed that to change. I initially wanted the 49" that was on sale for $150 but this one is a vey close second and I'm definitely satisfied

I bought this TV for my mom who has recently moved into assisted living. She's only had the TV about a month, and so far it's been as advertised. I love that the picture is clear from all angles.

Very good contrast and brightness. Sound is clear and loud but does not have good bass. (Its a flatscreen, buy a soundbar if you want better sound.)

I was looking for a budget tv and this was priced just right. I don't watch blu-ray movies but I do a lot of streaming and picture quality is great. The sound is also pretty good for the price point.

I was looking for a good but not complicated television. This is it. It has a excellent screen , and good sound. Also I did not have to spend extra for a smart tv I was not going to fully utilize.

This TV has a very clear picture and the sound is not bad at all for the size of the TV. I thought that I would need a sound bar but that's not the case at all. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

Good tv for bedroom, sound quality good, picture (color) is average. The price was good for a 40". No issues after 3 months.

Bought this TV for my son's room for him to play his game system on and he loves it. Picture is awesome, and the price was excellent! Went back and bought a second one for my daughter's apartment.

This tv has great color and clarity. We purchased a 24" for my mother's room and decided to get the 40"for family room. Great tv and great price.

It has a great picture and sound. It works well in my larger bedroom. It could have had more than one HDMI port though.

This is a great entry-level TV. Does it have the image clarity and color brightness of my 55" LG in my living room, no. However, it's in my basement and is going to be used as a gaming TV. Works great for that!!

happen to purchase this tv on vet day for a great price. the sharpness of the picture and great sound was not what I expected for that price tv. we bought a 40" and previously purchased the 39"

I purchased this T V for my living room and I couldn't be more pleased. The picture is fabulous and has great sound. I would definitely recommend for purchase and at an excellent price on sale.

This TV makes a great bedroom tv. We have no complaints about it. Color and sound are great. I would recommend this model for anyone looking for a 40Inch tv

For the price, one could not expect to get a better bargain. The picture is excellent and the size is perfect for my TV section in my bedroom.

Great TV for the price. I actually have it connected to my computer to use as a monitor and it's excellent for streaming movies...great option if you're not ready to invest in a "smart" TV yet!
