The last one I bought from Best Buy is 11 years old and it still works great. The only exception was the screen got hit and it left two black spots in the corner which I got tired of looking at. Best Buy gave me a great deal on line I got free shipping right to my door and it arrived in perfect condition 4 days after I ordered it. I still haven't seen a better price on the same size and quality rated television anywhere. Thank you Best Buy, you have a customer for life !!!
