Work great for almost two years than starting making a very load noise. I have bought 2yr protection through Geek Squad. Took the ice maker in yesterday and received store credit for another one with no questions asked. Very please customer.

It does make ice. The bottom piece of "stainless" on the front of the machine fell off within a few days. It does require refilling the reservoir quite a bit. To do this, you must remove the drawer which holds the ice. Doing this will leave water all over your countertop. The machine is quite noisy, both the fan motor and the ice falling. I little sound proofing would have gone a long way...

The ice that comes from this machine is perfect. However it requires a lot of maintenance. Mine broke within a year luckily so I used the manufacturer warranty to replace it.

Within 5 minutes I had some ice. Now the bad. The bin has a handle to remove at the bottom. The bin will not open by that handle. You have to use your finger nail to pry the bin open. This ice machine will not make anywhere close to 44 pounds of ice in 24 hours. I got 16 pounds in 30 hours. It does make solid nugget ice and its auto shut off is good. Works well just not 44lbs of ice well.

I love it yet hate it. The machine is very loud, when you are taking the ice out you have to pull the container out which drips water, also in order to add water you have to remove the whole plastic container. The ice is amazing and makes it in a few minutes

Great ice maker! Chewable nugget size ice at half the price of one other. Who needs wifi for uce maker?

This machine is awesome. It makes perfect ice nuggets that are easy to scoop out. It shuts off when it needs to. You can leave it on all the time. The price is way better than the name brands. Excellent product. Don't bother spending 700 dollars. This machine is just as good.

Ok!!! I’m a lover of ice!! This machine is very easy to clean and perfect for small gatherings. I use bottled water and start before I make dinner. By the end my 40oz cup is filled!

Absolutely love having this ice machine. This ice machine is easy to use and you get good ice out of it. Saves you from having to buy bags of ice, 10/10 recommend!

Overall it’s a good ice maker. It does the job. But my ice maker makes a banging sound every few minutes. It’s very loud. Can be heard across the house. It is really annoying. I am not sure if this is normal or if it’s a defect.

Love Love LOVE my new nugget ice maker! Works exactly as advertised. It’s a tad bit loud especially if you don’t like noise in your home. It makes exactly the same ice nuggets as Chick-fil-A!

Works amazing, makes some of the best ice that ive ever had. Came in extremely handy when i got my tonsils taken out and had to survive off of ice

great ice. Very quick making ice . Read and follow directions and you will have a great experience. The only downside is the noise level during Ice making.

..yes, it is a ton cheaper than the ge opal, butttt the ice is not consistent with sonic ice. Once you pour a drink over the ice, it becomes solid like regular ice. Granted, if you just eat the ice, its more of a chick fil a type nugget. I was actually purchasing this because I spend $5 a day at sonic on ice. (Yes, it's excessive but hey, it's not drugs) So, I am returning, and going to purchase the opal, bc it is more of the consistency of sonic ice. It's not perfect, but the opal is better. It's super noisy too, I can hear it all the way in the kitchen from my bedroom in the back of the house. And if the power goes out, be prepared to clean up water everywhere.I really wished that this would have worked out.

My family loves this ice maker. Nice chewable ice which is a treat to snack on during the day. We didn't find it to be as noisy as some reported.

The sales person at Best Buy is awesome this is the third time in 2 years I have gotten to deal with him and he has never misled me. Stove, refrigerator, and now ice machine. This ice machine is great it is exactly what I wanted. It makes ice very quickly and as you fill the catch box we dump it into another catch box in the freezer and now we are bagging it and keeping it in our big outside freezer. This is perfect size for eating. Nugget ice is what my wife loves. When your done with using it for a few days just get the button and turn it off.

Bought this as a gift for my wife so we no longer have to purchase fast food restaurant ice for beverages. Setup was a breeze, make sure you run a flush/cleaning cycle first. Build quality is decent along with the fit/finish. While operating it has a typical small compressor and fan sound, nothing crazy but it is noticeable. It makes small squareish crunchy pieces of ice. We’re happy with it, especially at the price point versus the popular one, ($320 vs. $580ish), I would definitely recommend as long as you can live with some slight sound coming from it.

This ice-maker would be a great addition to any kitchen, bar, or gameroom. It makes chewable “nugget ice” very quickly. Easy to use and keep clean. Great product!!!!!
