Santa brought my boys a 50" Ultra HD television and their PS4 was not compatible and it lagged. Very annoying for any gamer. This was the replacement TV and they LOVE it. For about the same price, we now have a larger screen and no lag.

It was just what we needed It is very easy to operate and it has a great size for the space , so it meets our needs for being able to see from anywhere in the room and great space saver.

Great picture, great value. Price was a huge consideration and the this TV was the best value I could find. So far I have enjoyed watching it and many friends have been impressed with the quality of the picture.

i bought this,with 6 months no interest,and free delivery,and setup,plus free haul away of my old,heavy,akward tube tv.those were all factors in my purchase,which made it much easier to buy this tv.the price was right,but i must admit,im a little disappointed with overall picture quality.can be grainy at times.i ,literally get a better,clearer picture from my 8 yr old 720p plasma tv.but,overall im satisfied..loved getting rid of my old tube tv,without lifting a finger(recent back surgery)

I wasn't looking for a 55" with all the bells and whistles. I wanted an HD TV with a big screen. I bought it on Wednesday, it was delivered on Saturday, just in time for the Super Bowl party on Sunday. The delivery guys had it up and running in 20 minutes from the time they arrived. The picture is just what I hoped and unless you have a real need for surround sound, the speakers are just fine. I was going to buy the Insigna sound bar that was on sale, but the salesman Zach said "take it home and try it first; you can always come back and get it. It;s nice to find a no pressure salesman. He even price matched their own lowest price from the last month. A pleasure to do business with!!

Wish it had more features like PIP other than that i think its great. Plus for the price, i think its a steal

At first glance, I thought this was so low it would not have a good picture. It was for a rental house and I thought it was a good deal for the price. Best Buy didn't have one on display?. This was pre black friday, however this was not a lower price due to the sale. So we took a chance and it worked out to be an awesome TV! After spending some time tweaking out the color and picture it looks great! If we had another more expensive HD or 4K next to it you would see a difference, otherwise a good TV for the money!!

This tv is great! Picture quality, ease of use, price and everything was just right. I now have two insignia tv's and will definitely shop them again next time!

Had a little trouble with the ship to store feature, order was cancelled the day we were supposed to pick it up, but after speaking with a support specialist we were able to pick it up at a different store. TV is very light weight and great picture quality, well worth the buy.

Are you sure you want an insignia? That was my question. After reading reviews and comparing it in store with others by picture, price point, and size, I realized this tv was for me. "Big brands" are nice but haven't had a problem with this tv for 4 months. Volume is loud on it as well. Highly recommend!

Basic, 55in. 60hz 1080p TV. Slim, lightweight, w/nice design. 3 inputs for hdmi. Optical out, component and composite connections too. Great TV for the bedroom! Picture is great when watching true 1080p content like bluray discs, streamed content & video games running in 1080p. Watching cable in 1080i, isn't as good, but it displays well and as intended. The price was the best part. It was $20 less than any TV w/ same size screen & number of inputs. Very satisfied w/price and product. Free delivery too!

We purchase this tv in jan 2016 when our 58'' sanyo went black it was 15 mths old no warrenty. Insignia picture is good, had no problems setting it up and hooking up our home theater to it. I wanted to buy the Westinghouse 4 ultra but it was not in stock and the super bowl was coming up. We had no patience. We also bought the geek warranty. Hope we don't have to use it but learned the hard way, you need a warranty on higher priced items. So far TV has been good. We are satisfied. would recommend it .

This TV has a good picture quality and the set up is easy, easy connections access for accessories, games, etc.

We really are enjoying this new 55" best buy marvel! The HD TV picture quality is awesome. It's a close second to the new 4K quality if you are on a budget and can't quite afford the next step. We are very pleased.

I bought this TV as a company purchase to give away at a benefit. It's a good TV for the price. I was told that Insignia was the Best Buy brand, and although they aren't in the same class as a Sony or LG, they still do the job.

1080p 60hz, for the people who don't like the surreal movement of 120hz, the only benefit of a higher refresh rate is for watching sports so you can see the ball or puck better so don't let the lower rate bother you, as with all cheaper large screen tv's the sound is NOT ideal on this tv speach is hard to hear and action is loud. Get a sound bar or speaker system with the money saved to get the full experience from this tv

This is the second Insignia I have purchased from Best Buy. Easy set up, great color, and picture. Enough HDMI ports for all my devices.
