So far, we love it. I like how you can actually see what's in the freezer instead of searching the bottomless pit. Would be nice if it had a handle.

If the door is hard to open at other times, try rubbing paraffin wax or petroleum jelly along the edges of the entire gasket. Paraffin wax is used for canning and is safe for use around food. Called and took over an one hour and a half on hold to speak with someone. The part had not been ordered and I was told I would get a callback but no response yet. Still waiting. They said they would do an exchange but out of stock now. No resolution yet.

It works good in a small space.

Got a littlebit of frodt buildup but didnt himder performance so doesnt bother me
