I love shopping at Best buy,and i love there private label.

This is very useful and different from the other freezers I have. The only concern I have is that it does not close easily, so I have found it opened most of the time. Not sure why this is so!

Ordered this freezer online and picked it up an hour later. Works for what I need it for.

It is a nice product but I wish I would have known there was no light inside when the door is opened. Bought during the pandemic and just great to have a place to store food when times are so uncertain

This freezer is awesome!! Now I can easily see and obtain the food that is in the freezer because it is an upright freezer.

It’s ok and it would fit good in small spaces, not too much room. Little expensive for the size. But resolves for now.

After searching on and off for weeks, best buy had the freezer I was looking for. Great price, works great, fits perfect in the space for it. Its hard to find an upright freezer that is not gigantic. Thanks best buy.

Love this item always wanted a stand up freezer makes life a lot easier. Sometimes it makes a loud humming noise though

The freezer is fine. Cosmetically, it did have a dent in the center front when we got it out of the box. Not major, but noticeable. Is in an outbuilding, so not a problem. We're satisfied.

Excellent cooling and very quite. Like the glass shelves! I would have given 5 stars if the thermostat would have been installed properly. I had a bit of a time getting it to snap in place. but it seems to work well now.

Took this freezer home from the store, slid the box up and off only to find that it appears to have been kicked off the back of a truck. The shelves were all laying in the bottom, the styrofoam in the box was completely smashed to pieces, the control panel looks smashed in, and the door doesn’t close. I put a flashlight inside the freezer and shut the door and even while holding it closed, you can look right in past the seal and see inside. Total garbage. Now I’ve got to figure out how to get a replacement that hasn’t been manufactured by crackheads. I’m so angry right now that I will probably never buy anything from Best Buy again. 4000 positive reviews? No way. This has got to be a total lie.

Going strong, no problems even after 1.5 years. Seal is like new.

Good freezer but has a possible leak because of frost/waterdrip ice inside. No other freezers around so keeping anyway. Customer curbside pickup due to Covid was excellent.

One of the bottom back corners was bent very badly, I had to put some wooden blocks to balance the freezer. The temperature is low, nothing is melting but could be more options to adjust the temperature.

When first plugged in, it wouldn’t start. About 30 later it started and has been great ever since.
