You also need to be careful with the glass shelves as frozen items are very heavy and you don’t want to break the glass shelves.

Probably should've gotten a bigger one but Pandemic. DIDN'T KNOW BestBuy was doing free delivery though!

It was in perfect condition and really holds all our extra frozen food. Nice little freezer and you can see everything in it versus a chest freezer

Set up was simple and cooled down quickly. There is a bad smell when you first open it but has gone away. Overall happy with the purchase.

It had sporatic outages fixed by unplugging /replugging it. Best Buy would not stand by their branded products and wanted a deposit to come out and fix it. Originally we loved it and bought wire baskets to be able to use each shelf fully. We unplugged it when not using it, so if was not running for the entire two years. The warranty is for 1 year and the Total Tec extends it another year. This is the only item weve had expire within days of the warranty expiration. Best Buy should stand by their products.
