Funny it was delivered a few days after purchase but when we called in to report damage, all of a sudden it's a month and half before we get a replacement. Sure hope the replacement works okay otherwise alot of frozen food will ruin.

But it was what was available without getting into a monster freezer and it works okay for the two of us. Our 11 cu. ft. was a better size IMHO.

I bought one for my son 2 years ago. It's doing well. He loves his. So our Kenmore broke after 10years, so I bought one for us. Great machine.
