But when we open the door the whole freezer is moving. The legs are not properly secured. Also, the shelves are not secured either. I called BestBuy about this and they promised someone will come and look at it. So far I haven't heard from them.

Great basic freezer

When I contacted BEST BUY customer service they told me that I had to take the item back to the store for refund or replacement. I live 35 miles from BEST BUY, I had to ask some one to help me pick up the item initially as I am 75 years old and not in great shape. Again I was told to take the item back to the store for refund or replacement. I will not shop at BB again
