I know it was not from a delivery because I picked this up at the store. I got it home unboxed it and let it set for two hours. I opened the door and the control knob was on the bottom shelf? So I tried to place the knob back on the switch. I ended up taking the control panel out of the freezer to place it back in it's bracket securely so the knob would go back on. Other than that it works perfectly.

Hard to beat for the price
