Freezer Ices Inside Quickly and Door is Tricky

The operating manual for the freezer lacks a lot of information. Defrosting is not explained very well. The door sticks shut and is very difficult to open if it is not kept full of frozen items. It was cheap and available when many other freezers were not available so I kept it instead of returning it.
