The legs do not work (screwing up and down to lengthen) to level the freezer. When it was first delivered, they tried to level it and couldn't. We were left with a freezer that had to be propped level with folded cardboard. We called Best Buy to return that and deliver another. After spending most of a morning on hold and waiting 5 more days for delivery, the new freezer had the same issue and now is worse as the back corner is slightly buckled making it more unlevel. I'm done with messing with this - I guess we are stuck with a freezer that will need to be leveled with cardboard. Price is great for this freezer but would have spent a little more to have a freezer that we could get level.

Upon delivery, my wife and I went shopping to stock this with food for the family. Two days later everything was ruined because it was no longer working. After looking into the problem a little more I noticed the freezer seemed to have a lot of scuff marks and I suspect it was previously used and returned but not repaired. Very disappointed with this purchase. Best Buy would not reimburse me for the lost food because I did not purchase the extended warranty. I guess if I had known that I was not purchasing a brand new product I might have done just that but nowhere was this made clear to me.
