What a bad decision! Believe what you read and take heed. They are a piece of junk! Like others if I could give it a "0" star I would. We plugged the freezer in the first day and it never went below 50 degrees. Day 2 we turned the temperature down a little more. It went down to 45. By the morning of day 3 the temperature went down to 37. Another 24 hours passed, and the temp was still at 37. If I wanted a refrigerator, I would have bought a refrigerator. Also, as others have mentioned the shelves do not stay in place. They are held in place during shipping with foam. Once the foam is removed the shelves slide around and fall if you are not careful. The freezer walls are wider than the shelves. I returned the freezer and got my money back. However, I will not get my time and money back for the gas we wasted to run 60 miles round trip twice to the nearest Best Buy.

Nore would Best Buy be my first choice when purchasing appliances. They did/do nothing to make a problem product/situation better. Not even "We are sorry". First one didn't work at all after already moving it to the basement. The second refrigerator, after returning the first one only worked for about five days. Thought this one was going to work. Unfortunately, we went away for the weekend and lost over $350.00 worth of steaks and seafood and other misc. items. Best Buy didn't even blink when saying it wasn't there problem and couldn't do anything about our loss. I WILL NOT purchase any appliances from Best Buy in the future. They do not stand behind the products they are selling. We had to physically move both of them from the basement and load them on the truck to return them each time. Unfortunate

The door seal is very tight and the freezer seems to be functioning efficiently. The shelves are poorly supported by brackets that allow them to slide out when retrieving heavy items. Since they are glass, this is a likely potential for breakage if one is not very careful.
