This tablet was a free bonus for buying my Samsung Galaxy 5 cell phone last year. It served me well but the power connection port in the tablet failed after about one year of use. I bought the same model as a replacement because it was the cheapest available at BestBuy and I'm already familiar with its operation. I will be more careful about handling the power connection this time in hopes this tablet will last longer.

This comes in handy when you want to watch something and you are not near a TV. It also streams netflix, pandora etc. It is not very high tech but does its job. It does tend to freeze which is a bit offputting.

He uses this tablet to play games, as well as visit educational sites and read books. He loves it! So easy to navigate. I wish this item was still available so I could purchase another one...

Easy to navigate through. Screens is ledgable (dont have to strain in seeing what I'm reading what so ever.

This tablet doesn't want to hold a charge, it won't stay connected to my Wi-fi and keeps blinking in and out.

This is a nice tablet for children. But it is difficult to find out if it is charging and slow to go through the boot process. In addition it is Verizon and has a phone number but doesn't seem to download with it.

My son loves it. Wish there were more choices for protective cases, but otherwise it's a great little tablet for the price.

Thought I'd go with Best Buy brand since it was free (except for monthly broadband charge). Specifically wanted it for GenieGo use with DirecTv. First issue was it was not working on broadband, had to replace device within 7 days. Now I must constantly power off or reset app to work correctly. All Apple devices (phones) support ap just fine, as does computer. Seems to be a bit slow on broadband as well.

I liked the idea of having a tablet with connection to verizon but the reception compared to my phone is terrible. Not sure if this is what drains the battery but the battery doesn't even last one day.

This is a great tablet for someone who uses it occasionally to check e-mail go on the internet. Easy to use for any technology skill level.

I'm very happy with our tablets, very useful, my son take notes and do homework on the tablet, he doesn't need a lap top!!!

I like the product. I am not keen on the fact that I cannot watch Amazon Prime on it. I use it to play some games and I let my niece use it to play her games.

I got the tablet free with the purchase of my cell phone and have not used it. I accepted the tablet cuz it was free and is connected to my phone for the road via wifi hot spot. I haven't used it yet...works fine...

It's a slow one but when it's on sale then it is a decent value for an LTE tablet.

Great product for the average user. Easy to use and does everything I need

I personally don't care for it. If í knew that it wasn't as easy as everyone at the store made it out to be í never would have purchased this product.

This is an ok beginer tablet but still does not offer much because it is on an older operating system so there is not many apps that will work on it anymore.

I'm a little disappointed in the 4g service. Do not always get it when my S5 does. I would not rec if you absolutely need 4g. If not it's a good notebook.
