      Thank you for your review. I apologize for the inconvenience that this tablet is giving you about it not turning on anymore. Remember that you have a one year manufacturer's warranty with it and you can apply it by taking the item to your closest Best Buy store with your receipt and referring directly to the Geek Squad counter. -Elsa A.
