She had these for 2 days when the hanging cord snagged on something and bud was pulled from her ear. The ear bud itself split. Graciously Best Buy exchanged it for us for a new pair. The second pair fell on the floor and the ear bud split in two yet again. This time I just returned it for my money back. Not to say the brand is cheap or anything but maybe my daughter is bit more hard on ear buds than most and needs a sturdier brand. These were not for me, but they may be fine for some. Just expressing MY experience with the product...otherwise Insignia brand is reliable.

I left my headphones at home and needed this quickly but threw it out soon as I got back home!
