As advertised, so ensure you’re fine with not having some of the features of more expensive chairs (like better tilt, lumbar support, etc). One of the lift covers arrived damaged and Support said I would have to return and repurchase the chair to replace the damaged lift cover rather than just get the one piece replaced.

Tilt arm locks back or if you want to rock just pull the lever out. Spring tension adjusts to where you like. Wheels roll nicely and arms fold up or down . It does everything I wanted. Great chair.

I am a 6'-0" and 175 lb male, and it is too big for me. When i set the chair at the right height for my legs, the arms are too tall for the keyboard tray on my desk. When i set the height so the arms are right, my legs are cramped under the chair. I also have to scoot too far back in the seat to use the back rest, so i just perch on it like a stool. A stool with arms that are too high. Nice chair, but does not fit me. I would only recommend for people who think most chairs are too small for them.

The arm rests work great and allow the chair to be pushed in under the desk center draw. It is also comfortable chair.

The only knock on it is that it was really wide. I bought it for my wife, who is petite, and the chair engulfed her. For another person, it might be perfect, but it was not ideal for her.

The top and bottom half of the chair become loose no matter how much you tighten it. I am 90 LB under the maximum weight limit and the chair failed twice. I got a warranty replacement despite it failing 30 days after the warranty period. The warranty replacement broke in a completely new way within 2 months. The first failure produced a shocking force at the bottom of the chair because the tilt tension exploded. On my replacement, the tilt lock fell out of the chair due to a bad weld joint. Now I have random metal parts falling out of my chair. This model has also had horrible squeaking noises on both my original and my replacement chair. Never had a chair do any of this in any office, or with any other brand.
