However, let me remind you that if you purchased this product after 10/30/2016 you have an extended return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate at any Best Buy store with your receipt or order number. Charger port broke

The screen shattered as he held it to try to put the chord back in. Thankfully we puchased the warranty. We got a replacement. (A different model. Since this one is no longer available)
