USB Port Is Fragile

He also uses it to play games like Terraria and Minecraft. We have not had any issues with it... the battery life is reasonable given his usage, the display is very clear and easy to read, and it seems very responsive. Overall, we are very pleased with it.

The software will not update.. It says "to check my network connection and try again".
