We had to bring one back in, the store wanted to charge us AGAIN for something under warranty! They ended up working with us, giving us a new one at no cost, now here we are again about the same amount of time out from receiving the new product and what do you know.... it isn't working AGAIN!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PILE of junk

They replaced it for me, which was great, but we decided not to get the same thing on what just happened to us. Lost a lot of pictures and the hassle really sucked!!
