If doesn’t function properly, it freezes up to where you can’t remove it from the refrigerator, it stops producing ice, Samsung service does absolutely nothing to help, they recommend service individuals that never answer the phone or call you back. It is basically unfixable and useless.

Not campatible with Whirlpool frig.

Paid for installation, installer apollogized and said I would be contacted. That did not happen.

NO ice for a month and every app is at least 2 weeks in waiting.
