    Constantly leaks. I've had 3 service calls and it still leaks all over my freezer. This isn't rocket science. It's an ice maker. Deeply regret purchasing.

    Bad choice plus Ice came out tasting Metallic after this thing was plugged in for twelve hours.Also Best Buy guys didnt show up at first appointment,no call or nothing.Very unprofessional during these tough times!!

    Was sold wrong ice maker

    This Insignia ice maker isn't compatible with the GE Fridge I purchased. The ice maker and the fridge have different wiring harnesses. Overall rating does reflect product, just out come. I wouldn't recommend the wrong product to any friend.

    Piece of junk. Broke in about a year. Apparently that's not enough characters for a review so....it really is a piece of junk. Don't buy it. And think twice about any Insignia products!

    After instaled by GeekSquad never made an ice cube

    The Geek squad broke the valve that turns on/off the water sipply to the icemaker so they could turn it on there fore we never no ice for us. And they didn't even told us about it.

    They guy puts it in my freezer with out hooking it up says he’s not a plumber well why the blank did I pay them to do it the manager tell me to call a plumber

    I bought the insignia refrigerator and ice maker. It was delivered and installed but never made any ice. I returned it and bought a GE.

    This ice maker was either installed incorrectly or just terrible quality. It leaks constantly. Best Buy techs are rarely able to fix too and are rude.

    First ice maker that was installed in a new fridge did not work at all. Still waiting to see if the replacement is going to make ice.
