Need both hands to answer phone call inquiry so a hand dfree headset is the answer. Although this is not an in ear type, the noise pad over the ear keeps our room noises best and because it plugs into the phone there is no need to worry about a separate charge to the battery.

What can I say its a headset that plugs into your landline. Audio is average.

Keeps me from gettin neck ache when talking long time on phone. Very clear.

This is.my second one and just like to use them instead of wireless ones which kept coming off all the time.... sound is good however one needs to be careful with the headset becaise is not super sturdy so treat it well and will last you long time

Fractured my shoulder & the headset helps by not having the phone handset put pressure on it. Only complaint, the cord needs to be longer to give more mobility while at my desk.

Not much to say about this, it's a headset, but it's works exactly as intended and seems to be built pretty decently.

I go through a lot of headsets. This 1 is still new so I am withholding a full review until we've had it for at least 6 months. So far so good.

They keep changing the name on the product and it is the same as it was before. I have 3 of these and after a year they seem to stop working.

Absolutely love it. Comfortable to wear and sound is great. Comes in handy for those "quick" calls to and from Mom ! When you can't hold a phone for hours of babbling this is a must. And you can't beat the cost to benefit ratio with Insignia products. Alway high quality in my experience.

I am very happy to find this piece for my landline. It is hard to find the correct one nowadays.
