Small -- desk size heat

My office is cold and this little pinky warmer i put under my desk will keep my legs and feet warm from the chili morning. The only complain is too loud. Other than that is all good

Temperature had just gone way done and this was perfect for my small office. Though I do not feel the difference between low and high.
