I wasnt expecting much because of the low price of this item, but I was pleasantly surprised. It gives a nice full charge in a reasonable amount of time.

a great charger, worked just fine. Until it broke. I went back to best buy but they wouldn't take it back. The manufacturer has no warrenty. typical shitaki.

It's great to have the extra power when needed I just find it a little bulky to carry with me for trips etc... Will be nicer when they can make this slimmer !

Best Buy associate was very helpful in helping me decide which one that would benefit my needs the most. It does exactly what it says it does.

For the price provides adequate charging ability to my phone. Preforms as expected doesnt have the largest capacity but function as intended.

I bought these units after my wife's battery back kept turning on in her purse. This one has a recessed button which is nice. Also the ability to wrap the USB cables around the unit for storage is great!

I bought two, at a BOGO price. One worked beautifully, which was good because my daughter travels for work and I wanted her to have this as a backup. The first time I used mine, it broke. When I took my connector out, the casing that holds it came with it. It is the right size and model that it should have worked as well as the other. Very disappointing.

Works great for a back up battery pack. And for the price its an amazing product to have on you.

Worked awesome for a while, but of the 3 we bought, 2 already have broken. Not sure if my kids are just hard on them or the product.

I like this product, but the only thing I would change about it is not to have to carry around a lightning cable for Apple products.

Item broke less than 3 weeks at port connection. Not durable.

Not the level of the more expensive ones, but will provide a good charge for your phone until you can make it to a real charger.

It just works as described on product page. Cable management is a nice feature. I use it daily. No issues as of now. Recommended.

I purchased 3 of these chargers for my family and I. They all worked wonderfully until.... the micro usb port became loose (unable to use now), one of the chargers (and cord) stopped working all together and the last one AMAZINGLY still works. Of course, the two that no longer work stopped working 2-3 months after purchase. Maybe I received two duds, I don't know. But I would never purchase these again.

I gave this to a friend. After a few months, it will not recharge to full and will only charge her iPhone once on a charge.

First one I bought didn't work. So had to exchange it for another one. This one works Gd so far.

Both The plug ports Stopped working within 2 weeks of the purchase date and would not charge the product, the plug port needed to be secured in someway and is not. called insignia to get replacements they said I had to call Best buy. So called Best buy and was told to call insignia back they had to replace them. This went on for over a week. Was Never able to get them replaced.

It's a good charger and doesn't take too long to recharge. It has a good discharge time and takes forever to discharge.

It stop working after a month of normal use.......

This was an impulse buy for me since it was on sale (2 for $10). It barely charges my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge once.
