Able to charge phone onlynone time with full chrg.

Does not work good does not charge anything. Not good

Got it on a deal so why not.......................

I bought two of these on sale. First one didn't even work at all. Second one seems to be working so far. We'll see. Hopefully, Best Buy will not give me problems when I go to exchange the first one.

I bought this open box and it sadly didnt work for me. I needed a new one and it was a great price but i wonder if the person that has it originally knew that something was wrong.

When I got this, it was already broken. Would charge my device but the pack itself wouldn't charge no mater where I plugged it

Adequate charger, but poorly made. Second time pressing the power button and button breaks. It was beyond Best Buys 14 day policy and was told I need to contact company. All I wanted was a replacement...last thing I buy from Best Buy

I bought two. One of them didn't work when I opened it. And the second one stopped working after one week.

I bought two and both didn't work out of the box. Not even worth wasting gas to return them.

The battery storage capacity is much smaller when compared to the actual physical size of other external batteries.

used the product only a few times... the input jack/port thingy broke off while charging.

It's definitely decent but it needs to be able to stop charging when fully charged.

Bought this because it was on sale and thought it would be put to good use during my road trip/vacation. I plugged my phone into it, which charged completely and when I tried to unplug the phone the battery pack broke, pulling out a little silver piece that I couldn't replace. I guess you get what you pay for right?...

I got it only for the dirt cheap price and it is barely worthwhile at that price

By far the worst charger I have ever purchased. Had I not thrown away the box do to trust in the brand, I would have definitely returned. Slow and barely charged my Samsung S7 edge. All my other chargers work just fine. Huge diappointment!

This charger is outdated and bulky for the amount of power is has.

I bought 2 of these at the same time (on sale). After the 2nd time using it, the charging connector port fell inside the battery pack. Followed the instructions for replacement, but Best Buy no longer carries them and tried to offer me a smaller version (less power) than the one I have.
