Great capacity for the money, the price was great, and the included cable is a nice touch. The "level meter" is great, and the ability to wrap cords around the body is nice. The only drawback is the size, it's a little smaller than a deck of cards (about the same width and depth, but a little shorter), but because of the relatively large power capacity, I am able to charge multiple devices before I have to even think about recharging this mobile battery pack. Overall, a great purchase!

Bought two of these for my daughter. She likes the item and it seems reasonably well designed. However, wish they could have used a different form factor. The item is too thick to carry in a pocket easily. Also would be nice if it worked as a flashlight like some other similar units do. The Good - Connects to be recharged with a mini-USB port (input port) so you can use your existing phone's charger cable and plug to recharge. Output port is a standard sized USB port. Comes with a USB to mini-USB cable so you can recharge any item that has either a USB port (connecting with a standard USB cable) or a mini-USB port (like a cell phone). When fully charged, it will more than fully charge most fully discharged cell phones and probably has enough "juice" to recharge many tablets. LEDs on top of unit are handy to know how much charge is left in unit. The Bad - It really is pretty thick for a portable battery. Would fit in a woman's purse or in the front pocket of a backpack. However, really would not fit readily in your pocket if you are just carrying for emergencies. If they had made it thinner; but, wider and longer, think it would work better to carry on your person. As noted above, it would be nice if it worked as a flashlight like some other similar units do.

Its big and bulky and holds a charge for a long time. In fact I'm not sure how long it goes. Maybe 7 hours or more.

Let's just say when I saw this product like most I didn't think it was worth a second glance. I was WRONG, from the moment I took it out of the package and push the button, plug it up to my phone (S6) it had me at hello! The best so far that I have purchased and it's under $10. Give it a try and you won't be disappointment but grateful!!

bought two and it was easy to use, price is good, always good for backup...

I'm using it as a backup phone, and its rather compact for a recent smartphone. The battery's non removable, so its better for it to either be a backup or burner phone. The max storage i got from it was 3 gb, so if you need more storage for games, I wouldn't recommend it.

This item works great. It is very small and works with all phones

The charger is excellent and you need nothing for use with an Android product. When charging an Apple product, you need your own cord with the appropriate micro USB end on one side and a typical USB end on the other side.

I bought this because I was spending the day in Boston and needed a backup battery pack. I knew I would be spending the day playing Pokemon Go which uses a lot of battery! This was great. I was able to get a full charge out of this and there was still juice left to get another half charge.

I bought 2 of these....love them! They charge devices quickly (at least for Apple products). I only wish the charger itself held a charge longer. All in all, a really good product.

Received this as a gift. Within close to a month, the piece inside the import came partially out of place. Took it back in mid June and exchanged it. Happened again yesterday. I don't think I've been rough with sticking in or taking it out. Don't know if I got defective ones each time or the input part is not put in place very well. Odd. I have 3 friends who have the same product and they've had no problem.

It is a great product as it lasts through out the day. I purchased it for a trip/flight and it help tremendously throughout the whole day. I had no issues with it. Just be sure to charge it at night for full usage throughout the day.

I bought this on sale so my expectations weere not high but it works great. My other charger wasnt stronger to charge my Ipad, but this one does much better. I actually bought more to give as gifts. Great buy for the price.

Takes a night to charge fully. No doubt it works well to charge devices but itself takes forever. Yes , I am using a 2.1 A wall wart to charge this

I purchased this for an extended airplane trip. It works to charge my iPhone and my iPad. Two complaints. 1). When you charge the battery pack, it is SLOW to charge up the battery. Leave it plugged in over night. Wait. DON'T do that because. . . . 2). It gets hot when you charge the pack. That bothered me. I wasn't worried about it catching fire or anything, but when batteries get that warm, I raise an eyebrow. Bottom line: it is cheap and it works.

this is nice at first but think twice about thinking itll last a while after using it everyday like i did...i had 2 different battery packs and both times the connection/connector broke off inside the pack...its worth the cheap $20, but neither of my packs lasted over 2 months. want a battery pack that lasts?? go to your retailer and get a morphie, itll work like a champ.

Bought this for emergencies and it does what it needs to. It's a bit bulky to carry in my purse, but as long as it's charging I can deal with it.

I really enjoyed this charger. It charges my phone and iPad very quickly. My only complaint is that is bulky and heavier than my other chargers.
