Ordered two of these online for a camping trip. I plugged them both in and they did not flash or do anything. Left them to charge for almost 5 hours and nothing. Thought maybe lights were broken but no charge when I plugged in my phone. Even after I tried to charge with my laptop for another several hours, there was still no lights. These are duds and completely worthless. Don't buy! Spend a few more bucks and get something worth your money.

Decent power bank. Looks quite good and feels like a quality product. The cable stowing feature is a great convenience. Good value.

Best smalln portable backup for my LG G Flex 2..simply love it

This is the most durable unit I have ever bought! My only regret of course is that I did not buy more of these at the discounted price.

I went to my local best buy and got this charger before leaving for a trip to new york for a week. I charged it before I left, it worked great for my first charge off of it, but soon after that the pack just wouldn't charge. I left it on a charger all night long the second night and it never got off of 1 LED of the battery indicator. I do not recommend this device.

It's a good product, good price, good deal. Not much to say about a power bank, it works, so good.

I used it twice. Seem to be working OK. Did not heat up (which was one of my concerns).

Good quality for the money, OK capacity, kinda slow when recharging from empty.

Then the micro connect port wiggled loose and it was useless after that.

I purchased four of these battery backups to give out as gifts in the future, and picked them up and charged them for several hours. Only one of the adapters actually works, and the other three are dead. Two of the dead ones will blink one LED while being charged but nothing that's connected to the USB port ever gets detected and starts charging anything. The 4th adapter doesn't even light up any of the LEDs; it's literally a brick. These adapters have about a 25% chance of working, and the others you can return to the store or save and gut them so that you can harvest the cells from the charger, daisy chain them together, and use them to power a sign that says "your products are horrible" in big blue LEDs and post it in front of Insignia's headquarters.

Slow charging my phone and charging the unit. Only able to charge my iPhone 5 once.

I bought the Insignia charger in a back pack deal. Actually bought 2. Product was great as I charged off my computer and then used it to charge my Samsung 3 phone. However, after switching from computer and then phone, the phone part of charger came out. It was a good product but not for the long term. I would have thought maybe I had a bad mobile battery pack but it happened to BOTH. Neither one lasted more than a month.

I bought this about a year ago, and have no complaints about the battery performance. I have only used it a handful of times, and discovered that the micro-USB jack (that charges the battery) was loose and no longer charges the battery. You may want to consider a different battery pack that has better construction of the input/output jacks!
