Great for using flash off camera at a near distance. Camera and flash communicate just as if the flash were mounted on camera. It is a great little tool that doesn't take up much space but really comes in handy!

Instead of paying $50-70 for Canon brand sync cords I pay less than $20 for this one. I'm very rough on sync cords and this is always in stock at a nearby BEST BUY!

needed a cord long enough not to pull over the umbrella reflector when I attach to camera (on a tripod) this did the trick

This works great for off-camera TTL use with my flash. The cable is thick and tightly coiled so will not extend very far (a remote sensor may be better if you want to place the flash more than several feet from the camera).

It is just as good as the canon name brand and it has a port for slave flash transmitter.

Not bad to have. Thing sticks out in the front which is somewhat annoying. Otherwise, gets the job done. Works fine. Doesn't cost too much. Worth it.
