    The stand is metal and thick glass. It takes about 30-45 minutes to assemble. It includes tools but they are not great. Also after assembly you will need to adjust the center bar at the front, so it will hold the middle piece of glass correctly. Not in instructions, but i found it necessary to fit piece of glass correctly. Other than that it looks great. And it's wife approved!
