These are about 50% more quiet than original ones, and water taste is better than the oem filters. These come nicely packaged and when installed, water seems to flow freely way better. Not to mention half the price the original ones. They come with stickers so you can label them when you installed them. Definitely a deal when considering they perform just as the original ones in terms of filtration and certified by NSF.

These filters work just as good as the Samsung brand filters and are much cheaper. Highly recommended.

I got these filters after reading the reviews and seeing that the water quality is excellent while using these. After using it myself for a few months, I can confirm that. Why pay full price for a Samsung filter when you can pay half the price for these? I also like that these come with stickers with the month on them that you can stick to the filter so you can know when it's time to replace them. You can also get a discount if you get a subscription. Since these filters are good for 6 months, my subscription is for one two-pack a year. If you use a lot of water out of your fridge, you may consider replacing them a little more frequently.

I bought this item for my Samsung refrigerator, as the normal Samsung filters were too expensive. For about $10 dollars cheaper then a single filter from Samsung, I was able to buy two alternative filters that are compatible with my refrigerator! Since installing the filter, the water quality in my dispenser is great, just as great as the original Samsung brand was. I do not notice any difference between the two brands. If you are looking for a cost-effective alternative to the Samsung (or another) brand, this item is for you!

We were in the Best Buy store looking for a filter for our new Samsung 4 door refrigerator. They require a long skinny filter. When looking, the price of the Samsung was almost 50 dollars for one. The Store clerk recommended we buy the Insignia filter. This one was a two pack and was less price than the Samsung. We were delighted on how easy it was to install and that we had NO LEAKS. Yeah, we are happy customers.

This is a great quality filter for the price. It fit my Samsung refrigerator without any leaks and is performing perfectly. I purchased a filter previously from a local appliance dealer for this refrigerator and it did not fit properly, caused a leak and damaged my basement ceiling. It also cost more than the Best Buy filter.

My Samsung Family Hub fridge (model #RF28M9580SG) needed a new water filter. While it took a little detective work to figure out if these filters would work, I discovered they would and they were much less expensive. I got them quickly and installation was a breeze! Highly recommend!

My husband went to Best Buy to purchase a new water filter for our Samsung refrigerator and the Best Buy associate that was helping him recommended he consider the Insignia brand filters. He bought the Insignia 2 pack for the cost of one pack Samsung filter. I gave only 4 stars at this time because we have only had the new filter in a few weeks. The filter was easy to install, no problem with water leaks, and is working well at this time.

I bought these Insignia 2 pack filters for my Samsung fridge as a cheaper option. They are exactly the same filter at a lower price so why would I pay more for the same filter. No leaks no problems from these filters so I am going to buy them again when needed.

This water filter will work well with most Samsung models. They are much cheaper than the Samsung water filter, and they work just as well. I bought the 2-pack for $40, which is a pretty good deal.

The Samsung part was about 35% more than this one(at the time). I have been using these filters for almost 4 years and no complaints. Fits and has no leaks.
