I really like the integration available with Alexa. I lose connection to the plug from time to time, but I'm not sure if its my network or the plug. It certainly makes turning on lights when I come in the door much easier!

This is a great smart tool for every home to have control of any electronics or appliances the way you want it on or off. The best part is you have control even when you're outside the house.

Not bad for the price, got it with the amazon dot promo. App is okay.

The Wi-Fi Smart Plugs work great and are easy to setup. I also like the size of them and how they aren't bulky like other ones. They have a timer function which is easy to set within the app.

Purchased (2) of these units - installed on 1st & 2nd floors. Set both to auto turn on / off at different times. Also was able to change setting away from home using app on phone - app set-up was a bit tricky, but works great

Overall this device is useful as it works exactly as designed. The ability to wireless active anything connected to the plug and setup schedules for on/off. The initial setup was not as simple as outlined as there appear to have been improvements to the app and setup that were not documented in the instructions. For the price this is certainly worth purchasing.

Love that I can turn my lights off and on when I go out of town it is much better than those old timers also great when you don’t feel like getting up to power something off and on

This is great. I com home and i have the lights on. I feel safer because, i can switch the lights on before going to the patio. This is far better than wemo. I highly recommend it

I purchased this for my holloween lights and it works great. Set it once in app and it worked great

This little gizmo does its job spectacularly...until it just decides it is no longer connected to the network. To make it more complicated, the light remains green indicating that it is connected. Simply unplugging and re-plugging seems to fix this problem, but it is a bit of a nuisance.

I really like this plug. I set it up to shut off a light with the Google Mini. It was difficult to set up though. I read instructions online from people who had problems and after resetting it a few times finally got it to work.

The smart plug works as intended, but the app is still very buggy.

This item is what you want if you want to turn your house lights on before you get home, or if you are away from home, for security purposes. I bought one of these for my single daughter.

Plug worked fine for two weeks now app is unable to accept passcode. Plug is just flashing. Tried both reset methods, normal and factory, no success. Called support and was told hope you have receipt. Try again in 3 hours. Might be your router an sorry this has happened. I have TP-link and hue smart devices no problems. I reset router and all smart devices but Insignia smart plug are working fine. 4 hours of my time wasted on Best Buy/Insignia product. Shame on you both for poor customer service and Best Buy/Insignia Smart Plug

I have been using this product more than 6 months now and I connected with Google mini. Very easy installation and easy to use, personally I like this product

It’s awesome when it stays connected but the app could be better

The app for this particular brand of smart plug doesn't always sync with Google home unless you have Comcast as your cable provider it is finicky trying to turn TV on and off. Sometimes I can get it to turn it on, but I can't shut it off, but my husband can ask and it works, then it doesn't. . Not good for this use unless you are a Comcast customer

I wanted to expand my Amazon echo to be able to turn off or on lights by voice or remotely so decided to give this a try. I am very happy with it and looking to get more.

This device is good and worked well with newer Iphones. However, it would not work with our older android phones, even though one had the correct software version. I would recommend as long as you have the correct software version.

This wifi plug works with our Alexa devices to control lights in our house. Overall it works well. Occasionally it needs to be reset for unknown reasons, but it is easy to do and hasn't been a problem.
