this is a less pricey counter part then the tp-link and works perfect. also a great add on to alexia to make your house a smart home

Product worked great when I first got it. Then it quit working after about 6 months lost connection to the wifi and I reset it per the trouble shooting and it will not connect anymore. Replaced it with another brand.

I have 3 of these and absolutely love them. Only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because if I have a power outage for more than 10 minutes I have to completely reset them.

Some may be tempted to buy the more high dollar ones but there is no need. Does everything just as well as the big name smart plugs.

Easy set up. Does what it is supposed to do. Bought three more so I can control the holiday decorations. Works with Google Home too.

Picked up a couple of these to use for our two Christmas tree’s so I wouldn’t have to go upstairs to turn one on/off! Worked great!

Setup is hard and doesn't work instantly. I had to do multiple attempts to pair it with mobile app. Finally it worked...but... I'm unable to setup schedules in the mobile app. The device is just not recognized. Overall, when it works it works fine. But the setup could have been easier.

Works just as well as the "brand name" smartplugs, but for less cost. These are great if you want a "headless" operation - if you want something to use with a Samsung SmartThings hub, or Alexa or any of those, then you're better off getting one of the smart outlets designed to work with them. I was specifically after "headless" units I could toggle from my phone without needing a hub, so I went with these. Only requirement is that you make a Best Buy account (if you don't already have one) to tie the outlets to.

Bought this to turn our living room lamp on and off, Works from Echo or app on my iphone, Use to turn on lights when away. Works fine.

Very useful product. Although sometimes, while using with Amazon Echo, it can take a some time to respond, compared to other products which respond instantly.

This was so easy to set up and use ... it's nice to come home to a light on every night ... I will be buying more of these for my home

Bought this for Christmas to hook up to the Christmas tree. You can make a custom schedule to come in and off at desired times. Works great

Works as it should, app is good. Works work Google Assistant and can be set to a schedule through the insignia app. No complaints.

I have a couple of these paired to my Amazon Show. Works great and priced better than WeMo and others. Does a great job for turning on and off the Christmas tree and lamps.

I'm using this plugin with my Christmas Tree. It was a hassle to plug-it in and out every night but now I can do it from my phone.

When I first set them up they would work for a couple days then stop. But I contacted the company and since they have updated both plugs have worked pretty good so far....

Works like a charm! Was a slight challenge initially to set it up but now it’s the best item I’ve ever bought. Laziness to boot!

My mobility is not good. I use this to smart plug to turn my lamp on and off so I can see to get around. I will be purchasing more.

Bought this at Best Buy for my husband as an add-on to the Echo Show which I purchased as a Christmas gift for him. He loves this plug and now wants more for his Bday in March! Great to use with Smart devices such as Echo Dot and Echo Show. We plugged this into our hallway outlet and connected our motion detection light into this plug, Now at night the kids can see on the way to the bathroom. Love it!

These worked exactly as described. However it would be real nice if they were able to integrate into other smart home devices such as smartthings. They operate flawless but it is one more app needed on your device. Please offer integration in future versions then you get 5 stars.
