I thought this cooker was fantastic, the only problem is one day we came home and try to grill some chicken and when I plugged it in, I didn’t get any power so I walked around the house just to make sure that the outlet didn’t trip the breaker and it would no longer power up. I’m in the process of getting it replaced using the one year warranty online. Hopefully I can get one that works so I can continue using it for a long time.

Bought it mainly for the Indoor Grill and easy cleanup possibilities to make life a bit easier for cooking meals. Preheat takes a little time (approximately 5-10 minutes) but is normal. Grill works amazingly well, creating great sears easily on meats. If anything, it cooks almost too quickly which is not a complaint. I had to reduce time on each side by about 2 minutes. Cleanup is indeed wonderful. No spray needed. Non-stick surface wipes right off with a little soap and water, and then dishwasher capable as well for easy sanitation. Never had to scrub yet. The grease collector is great. It seems like it uses the airflow to create a vacuum to suck it right into the collector. Pretty impressive. Air frying works great as well. Haven't yet used the other features, but controls are simple enough and the guides useful and clear (though I would still shave a few minutes off the cook times). Truly satisfied.

I live in a condo building downtown. We are not allowed to have outdoor grills on our balcony. I purchased this grill so I could grill steaks, shrimp and other items I would cook. This grill does a great job with grill marks and good flavor. It his an air fryer which does a good job with wings and fish. Clean up is very simple and is easier than some air fryers I have used. The filer does a good job of controlling odors. I would highly recommend this device for people like me who can’t have an outdoor grill but want to grill food.

This small appliance does several cooking methods with just two different trays. Be sure to remove all packaging. The trays and detachable lid are easy to clean except for seal edgings. Hamburgers aren’t the same as a grill but close enough on a cold day. Air fried grilled cheese sandwiches to long and the bread was like croutons but was great later as moisture settled and bread held the crunch.

Pretty good not completely smokeless though. Hopefully I don’t have lid problems as reported by other users.

When I first started using it it smoked a lot, would always set off smoke detectors. Eventually it got better of course I had to open the windows and back door when I used it. Let me add I didn’t use it right away when I purchased it because I was moving soon. I bought it in January, 2024 and first time using it was in May 2024. It stopped working in January 2025 just died while I was making burgers. I couldn’t do anything because the warranty was only a year, going by purchase date. So it only lasted a little over 8 months. What a waste of money! It’s big and bulky as well so I wasn’t happy with that either. I would not recommend buying this it’s trash and waste of money! I would give no stars but that wasn’t an option!!!

We use it enough to justify the price, the build quality is quite nice. Just bought some lean meat for making jerky, going to try out the dehydrator mode. Sometimes buttons do not always detect press.

I loved this grill I used a few times. I cooked a few different items the only thing is the center cup and the grease catcher. Cleaning is a little difficult that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Indoor bbq flavor and easy to clean. This is a great investment

So far, this indoor grill has hit the mark on a few different meals. It's nice to be able to grill something if the weather outside isn't ideal for firing up one of my grills.

Really good air fryer, but I wish that it had more space

I have tried different grills. And I really prefer this one over all. Its quite easy to clean and cooks my food just the way I want it too! Very satisfied with this product

This Insta pot has been a great addition to our every day cooking. Very pleased with how easy it is to use and program for any type of meal.

Brought this for indoor grilling and I have no regrets. It is odor ease and no big smoke. it is worth the money spent.

Airfyer and grill worked wonderfully for about 8 times before the digital head burnt out during a chicken grill attempt and died completely. Owned less than 2 months.
