only purchased because there was no longer updates for my 2016 version. Support is only for installation issues or helping with installations. Any support costs you money. Forums are confusing and never seem to get the answer to my issue. Recommend as it is the lowest costing accounting that I have found.

Purchased this software with a good discount. Installation very easy but short on the educational part.

Like the program but QB IT department registered our software under someone else name because of the phone number. NIGHTMARE- their IT department/customer service now wants us to prove who we are, which we have. this has been going on for 4 months now and still not fixed. In good conscience I couldn’t recommend until they fix a glitch in the software registration that pulls all information and charges it according to what they have on file. (Ex: if someone had QB registered under let’s say your new phone - guess what no matter what information you registered it under the program removes it and diverts it back to whoever had the phone number previous-this is our experience and the nightmare we are currently living. )

It is very intuitive and helpful to get all accounts in order and ready to make great predictions and plans for the business future. I like the fact that is compatible with many tools my accountant uses.

Love this program. From someone who is new to using any kind of online accounting program. It is pretty easy to use. Has pretty much everything I need to do my job

We were using another program that was too complicated and not easy to run reports. QB helped us migrate our data and we couldn’t be happier

This addition of QB is the same program as always with a few tweaks. The easiest of all the accounting software to use.

Necessary for a small business owner but it hugs me that I have to purchase a subscription for a product that used to be used for as long as you wanted until a newer version came out

Very detailed program but it would have been helpful to have instructions or help to get it started. Not loaded that was easy. Trying to start from scratch with no direction on a new software program is difficult. Thanks to google we have had some luck.

This product proved to be major upgrade from my last version.
