Was concerned after the issues with Turbo Tax last year it may be time to switch to Kiplinger. Have not finished tax prep as yet but it appears that last yuears problems have been fixed.

I've used TurboTax for years and it has always gotten me the best refund. Even after going to professional TT seems to find those extras others didn't. I'll keep using it in the future.

I use it for the last few years, and most of the time the walk through questions are fairly easy to understand. Sometimes there could be more help on more unusual situations. It is expensive, and you are charged ad the end for the check or routing of the refund.
