If you have ever used Turbo tax before you will love how it allows you to transfer certain information from a previous year. The Step-by-step process makes it very easy to use. If your ever unsure on how to answer a specific question just click the help button for some clarification.

You can go to a tax prep specialist if you have complicated taxes to file, but if you do not have anything outrageously complicated, spend the money to buy TurboTax. I have been using TurboTax for close to 10 years now and have not had a single problem with the filing system. Nor have I had any audits due to using it. It is a very easy step by step guide that will help you get the biggest refund possible. This year my wife and I bought a home and it helped through making sure we got the credits we deserved for doing so. Don't waste your money having someone do your taxes for you. Do them yourself using TurboTax!

I've been purchasing the TurboTax Deluxe (w/Federal & State Returns) software for years.. The extra added bonus with the Federal E-File 2014 is great... I highly recommend...

Wife & I been using Turbo Tax for the past 5 years. Gives you step by step instructions and looks for all types of deductions & credits that could apply to you such as when you purchase a new home, give donations, going to college, have defendants, etc. When you are done it checks for errors and for the chances of getting audited. You can then file the taxes electronically (e-file) and save a PDF copy on your hard drive. And of course you can print out a copy for your own records.

Have used Turbo Tax now for years! Continue to be satisifed with the ease of doing my taxes each and every year - year in and year out. Especially like the choice of having guidance in having step by step questions OR working through specific items/areas myself. Also - like that it double checks for errors and for audit risks bfore submitting. It also transfers previous year data over into forms so I don't have to retype each time. GREAT PRODUCT!

I love Turbo Tax because it talks me through every step of tax preparation and helps me find ways to increase my deductions or reduce my tax liability. The calculations are always accurate and Turbo Tax backs up your return with available audit protection! I use it every year and love the results!

I've been using TurboTax for many years. It has always worked well for me. The software is thorough yet user friendly. There are explanations and help menus at every step of the process. Even though efiling the federal return is free, efiling the state return costs around $25. That is why I dropped a star from their rating. Despite their recent changes to the Deluxe version and the resulting user backlash, I will continue to use their software. After receiving a couple apology emails from Intuit, I think they've learned their lesson.

I've used TurboTax or the Kiplinger Tax Cut software for years (I usually get whichever one is cheaper at the time). The Turbotax software is always pretty easy to use. This year, I got TurboTax as a gift. It installed, updated itself, and downloaded the state return software for my state without any drama. It also imported last year's data from my return that was prepared with the Kiplinger program. It will be a while before I enter all of this year's data and file my return - but so far it looks to be as reliable as always.

I've used this product annually since it was marketed, and each year it was easier to use. This year the company displayed both integrity and concern for their customers when they refunded the cost of product upgrades as a result of confusion from their expanded Turbo Tax product line. Their products are very easy to use and it does not allow you to make a mistake. What more could you want in a tax filing program? Besides that, they have been around forever and also market the gold standard of financial software, Quicken.

always like the fact that it checks for new updates and new tax forms every time you log into it. I don't like that fact the price keeps going up. It shouldn't cost the same amount if it doesn't have the same forms it has had in the past. The fact they changed it, and took a lot of forms away for a different version was not cool. Especially since they didn't inform people until after they bought it. But over all, for the program it is, it is worth it. Makes taxes a lot easier.

We've used Turbo Tax for years and always used the Deluxe Edition. The box/packaging changed this year, but it said the Deductions & Homeowners Edition replaced it. We actually had to purchase an online add-on, and found out we should've purchased the Premier Edition as the Deductions & Homeowners doesn't handle investments. Not a big deal, we were just disappointed that we had to spend more money than before. Overall, it's a great program that's easy to use.

I have used this tax software for years and it is great! I have tried competitors software and it is not nearly as user friendly. I love the way it transfers data from the previous year also. That saves a lot of time. And if you make annual donations to your local charities of clothes and household items, the system they use for inputing that data makes it very easy. I am very pleased with Turbo Tax.

The Turbo Tax guide carries over information from previous year which eases the process greatly. It also updates each year to keep abreast of new tax laws which can be very confusing. It also makes recomendations that guide you to get the best refund available. Having both Federal and state guides in one disc is great and economical. I stopped using a pro-tax professional as soon as I found Turbo Tax.

You don't have to be an accountant or tax pro to use this software. It takes you through step by step instructions to file an itemized tax form. I have a daughter in college along with home deductions so this program does it all. It also figures my state and automatically transfers all the data from the federal to your state so you don't enter it twice. It couldn't be easier.

If you don't own a business or extra real estate, this makes doing your taxes a breeze. The only problem I had is that the state e-file would not work for me. That was ok, b/c I just printed it out & mailed it in... It saved me $20 on e-file fees. My federal e-file was processed immediately, & I got refund within 5 days!!

This is the 5th year I've purchased this product , it's a very easy way to do your taxes and I've never had any issues. The on screen guide helps you through your filing and it's helpful to always have everything ready to go when you're going to file. It also imports your info from several different companies making the data entry almost minimal.

Been using turbo tax for years and like the software, except this year they left out some of the forms I used in the past. Turbo tax has heard the complaints and if you used deluxe last year to file you can get a free upgrade to Premier. They also promised to include the forms in next years release to avoid confusion.

I like how the software takes us step by step. two things I don't like first of all you advertise free efile but got charged 35.00 what is that? then not pleased with the automatic sending me software and charging my account every year. if I want to go with turbotax I will decide not the company.

Easy to use and satisfied my requirements. This is the second year I've used it and liked that it pulled in my info from last year. My only complaint is having to pay extra for state e-file. I e-file federal but mail the state since I did not want to pay extra to e-file state.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It has always been easy, accurate and fast. I would like to see it modified so that I can complete the returns for myself and my dependent children without paying anything extra for electronic filing. Other than that, it has suited my needs well.
