I used this device to transfer photos from my old Sony camera to my new laptop. I transferred 1980 photos in less than one minute. Due to small size, it is easy to carry the device together with the camera.

I got this to go with my Cyber-shot DSC-HX80 18.2-Megapixel Digital Camera. This allows me to quickly transfer fotos to any computer USB port. Makes my reporting easier and it is small enough to fit in my camera pouch so I never forget it.

What can I say? It's inexpensive, easy to use, and does the job as advertised. The card slots on my old pc have failed and this saved me from having to buy a new computer!

I got this to replace having to put my sd card in my phone or tablet to be able to transfer videos and pictures to my computer. So far it has been working great and it reads the card fast when connected to the computer. It may be a little pricey but it works great.

I have had a usb 2.0 adapter for years, and recently tried to use it while monitoring its read and write speeds. Needless to say, if was plugging along at a mere 1-1.5 Mb/s. I got this adapter as its replacement, and was not disappointed with difference. It managed read and write speeds of 70-75Mb/s with both type A and type C connections. The card being used was rated for speeds of 90-100Mb/s, but I cannot verify whether the bottleneck was the adapter or the card itself. So for the time being, I am satisfied with its performance and sturdy build.

I bought this to give myself an easy way to back up pictures from my phone when I'm out traveling and might not have convenient access to my laptop. I have lots of memory cards laying around and the price of memory cards is always dropping so this seemed like a better option than buying a USB-C flash storage drive. It works as expected; plug and play functionality with my Android phone and my Windows PC.

This adapter is simple to use and provides speeds that are very useful. Definitely recommend!

I primarily use the USB-C SD card reader when importing photos and videos onto my 2018 iPad Pro (the 12.9 inch model). Was surprised to see that this device was compatible. Saves the hassle of buying the Apple adapter.

What a super handy tool!!! Our SD slot in our computer has seen better days and it was terribly difficult to get the SD card to read. This was a super easy and inexpensive fix to the problem. It makes transferring photos from the camera super easy now.

When my SD card’s lock would no longer stay open in my PC’s slot, this product allows me to use the card in my USB port. This saved my backup files and allows me to continue using the same card.

Works as intended. Able to connect sd card and micro sd cards to my laptop and phone. I have used it for over a year now and it still works well. I would recommend it as a good purchase.

I used to have a card reader/writer in an old Epson printer but that printer became junk about 6 months ago. When I needed it recently to get at some files on an SD card. It looked simple and it was inexpensive. I got. It works, what can I say.

Compact and versatile this device can save the day when on an outing and you suddenly run out of memory! Plug this in with the memory card of choice and go ! A great value and asset .

There isn't much to say, this adapter works as it's supposed to and is very handy. I haven't had to use it very often but I am glad to have it when it's needed.

Comes in handy since it is both USB and USB Type-C! Loses 1 star because I tried to use the converter AND edit the pictures on my phone at the same time and it did not work. I had to transfer the pictures to my phone manually and then edit on my phone and transfer back to my SD Card

This caught my eye because of the dual MicroSD sizes it does and also the dual USB plugs. Really nice.
