Does not work as advertised!!! Do not, DO NOT buy and waste your money. It did not recover deleted, damaged, or missing files. I bought to recover files missing on external hard drive. I know they are there because I used another online free program that found them, but can't recover unless you purchase the software. I decided to use this product and it doesn't even find any files. It is a waste of time and money!!!
